Raw honey from our own bee boxes
Our bee boxes sit beside mustard fields in winter and move to flowering trees in spring. We extract honey by hand, strain it through cloth and bottle it raw — never heated, never mixed with sugar syrup.

How we do it
We keep Italian honey bees (Apis mellifera) in standard wooden boxes. In winter they forage on the mustard fields of Haryana; in spring and summer we shift them near eucalyptus, berry and wild-flower areas.
Honey is extracted only from capped frames, so it is fully ripe. It is filtered through cloth to remove wax bits and bottled without heating. Mustard honey naturally sets into a creamy white solid in cold weather — a sign it is pure and raw.
We also sell bee colonies with boxes to new beekeepers and give hands-on training.
