About Raw Mustard Honey

Mustard honey is collected in January–February when our bees forage on flowering mustard. It is light yellow when fresh and naturally crystallises within a few weeks into a smooth, creamy white honey.

Crystallisation is normal for raw mustard honey and does not mean sugar has been added. To make it liquid again, place the closed jar in warm (not boiling) water.

Why choose it

  • Raw — never heated
  • No sugar syrup, nothing added
  • Naturally crystallises (creamed honey)
  • Straight from our own bee boxes
